ScratchLog is both a Unix and Linux compatible weblog/journal script utilizing PHP and MySQL. This script allows people to comment on entries, moderator to edit the entries, administrator delete entries, search all entries, and browse your older entries. Also, it supports unlimited number of users and file upload without an FTP program.
