phpNewsBlitz offers a simple way to communicate with the visitors of your web site. This script requires the use of the mail() function in PHP. Installation is quick and you'll have the script running in no time at all. phpNewsBlitz includes e-mail verification, subscribing/unsubscribing, a template feature, administration management, subscribers management, archiving, and more. This is the first release--a newer version and other scripts will be coming soon.
