Each question/answer is monitored which will help aid you in finding out which areas are in need of clarity, for example if a question related to logging has alot of interest, you know instantly that this section on your site is either not working correctly and or is lacking info regarding logging in. The front end comes with a search feature to aid users ease of use for locating info. The system is also tableless and built using CSS which can be changed enabling you to merge it seamlessly into your current designs. Additions: Allows search by keywords and or phrases in any given category. All links are now re-written displaying SEO friendly urls.
